In order to protect both customers and shop owners we adhere to the following return policies:
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 24 hours of delivery are eligible for replacement at no additional charge.
- Orders not shipped within one week of purchase will be automatically refunded. Funds may take several days to show up in your account.
- Shop owners are responsible for honoring any additional warranties or guarantees made on their shop, products, packaging, or advertising.
- Otherwise all sales are final.
